Terms and Conditions

Condition of Item:

Brand New, Inspected and ready to be dispatched in packed boxes

Postage:

We offer postage discount on multiple purchases. The delivery price of biggest and highest price will be applicable rest of the items on the same order will be delivered free of charge.

Dispatch and Delivery Time:

Where ever possible the items will be dispatched within 5 working days after receiving cleared payment. The delivery will take another 2 to 3 working days. Any item for any reason if can not be dispatched within 5 working days customers will be informed immediately of expected delivery time or will be given full refund.

The deliveries are to the door only and all heavy items are sent by hailer, the hailer company will contact the customer for convenient delivery time and date. We will need correct delivery address and day time contact number for the hailer company.

Terms of sale:

All items packages must be open checked thoroughly at the time of delivery before signing. In case of any damages/discrepancies it must be noted clearly on the delivery note as “damaged” or “missing item” or “in complete”. It should be than reported to us via email or phone with 48hrs. It will be the responsibility of customer to check the goods on receipt. The carrier will not be liable if items are signed as “received in good condition” or “not checked” or “not inspected”. If this is the case we will not be liable to provide you a refund, repair or replacement free of charge.

Return Policy:

Once you have signed the package/items received in good condition the 7 days return policy is activated. Postage will not be refunded in case you want to return the items which are received in good condition.
