Condition of Item:

Brand New, Inspected and ready to be dispatched in packed boxes

Postage:

We offer postage discount on multiple purchases. The delivery price of biggest and highest price will be applicable and the rest of the items on the same order will be delivered free of charge.

Dispatch and Delivery Time:

Direct Home deliveries are done within 7 to 10 days of receiving the order & payment via our own fleet. For some remote areas, delivery can take longer than the normal lead time.

The deliveries are to the door only – ground floor - and all heavy items are sent by furniture delivery specialists who will contact the customer for convenient delivery time and date. Some area can only be covered by pallet service delivery company, curbside delivery and small items are dispatched via parcel couriers. We will need correct delivery address and daytime contact number for the logistics companies

Terms of sale:

All items/packages must be opened and checked thoroughly at the time of delivery before signing. In case of any damages/discrepancies it must be noted clearly on the delivery note as "damaged" or "missing item" or "incomplete". It should then be reported to us via email or phone with 48hrs. It is the responsibility of customer to check the goods on receipt. The carrier will not be liable if items are signed as "received in good condition" or "not checked" or "not inspected". If this is the case, we will not be liable to provide you a refund, repair or replacement free of charge.

Return Policy:

Once you have signed the package/items received in good condition the 7 days return policy is activated. Postage will not be refunded in case you want to return the items which are received in good condition.
